About Scenic City Neurotherapy

ketamine infusion and tms therapy clinic

Our Story

Charles Miller is the Founder/Owner of Scenic City Neurotherapy. Born and raised in Chattanooga, Charles opened this practice to provide a unique and needed service to our community. He graduated from the Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia with a Masters of Science in Anesthesiology. With experience in hospital-based surgery and pain management, he was introduced to Ketamine Infusion Therapy by a colleague.

At Scenic City Neurotherapy, our compassionate team of medical providers follow best practice methods that stimulate large-scale neuronal regrowth and the reawakening of neuronal lesions. The volume and location of neuronal lesions have be identified to be the primary contributor to the manifestations of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide better individualized care, better treatment options, and better outcomes for our patients.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be the leader in pain management and mental health treatment in the Chattanooga area, creating a standard of care that results in better outcomes.

Our Facility

At Scenic City Neurotherapy, we maximize our patients’ therapeutic benefit through minimally stimulated therapies. We designed our clinic to facilitate a calm, safe, and relaxing environment. We chose the lighting, the color of the walls, and even the decor to optimize treatment for our patients. The soundproof and private treatment rooms allow our patients to feel comfortable and in control of their environment while our highly trained team monitors their vital signs and demeanor during every infusion.

Our Promise

We have seen lives completely changed by Ketamine Infusion Therapy and TMS, because we understand our patients’ outcomes depend on the protocols we follow. We follow best-practice methods developed by the foremost experts in the field of psychiatry and anesthesia at Yale, Stanford, and Johns Hopkins. Our treatments stimulate neurogenesis, or the regrowth of brain cells known as neurons, returning the brain to an optimal state in which our patients can work to alleviate their depressive or chronic pain symptoms and live a better quality of life.
