What to Expect
Your provider reviews your mental and physical health history, checks for anything that would make treatment unsafe for you, and explains how the process works. You get as much time as you need to ask questions and raise concerns.
You are welcome to bring a friend or family member, though it is not required. If they have questions about how to support you, we would rather they ask us directly.
You will leave with our detailed treatment guides. If we are not the right fit for you, we will say so.

Common Questions
No referral is required for most patients. Veterans are the exception in a good way — we are a contracted VA Community Care Network provider, and veterans with a VA referral are eligible for coverage on both TMS and ketamine therapy.
Nothing. The consultation is free, and you leave with our detailed treatment guides rather than a sales pitch.
That is exactly what the consultation determines. Broadly: TMS is insurance-reimbursable, drug-free, and requires no downtime or driver; ketamine infusion therapy works faster for acute symptoms and treats chronic pain conditions TMS does not. Many patients do both — our TMS protocols have ketamine boosters built in.
Once you and your provider have agreed on a plan, our Patient Care Coordinator handles paperwork, payment, drivers, and scheduling. Timing depends on which protocol you choose and your own readiness.
We are just off I-75 with easy access from Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta, and Charlotte, and 10–15 minutes from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA). Our out-of-town patient guide covers hotels near the clinic, food, and places to decompress between sessions.
Insurance does not typically cover MSKIT®, but many patients use health savings accounts and we offer flexible payment through CareCredit. The SCN Service Program offers scholarships for those who qualify, and we have special pricing for law enforcement, veterans, and first responders.
