The Program

You Carried the Weight. Let Us Help You Set It Down.

The people who respond first — in uniform, on patrol, or on the front line — carry a disproportionate burden of PTSD, depression, and chronic pain. The SCN Service Program exists to remove the financial barrier between you and effective treatment.

  • Special pricing for law enforcement, veterans, first responders, and frontline workers on ketamine therapy and TMS
  • VA Community Care Network provider — veterans with a VA referral are eligible for coverage through their VA benefits on both Ketamine Therapy and TMS
  • Scholarships available through the SCN Service Program for those who qualify
  • One call starts it — our team helps you navigate the VA referral process from day one

“For the first time, I actually have hope, which is a crazy thing to experience.”

— Rana, U.S. Veteran & SCN patient

For Veterans

How VA Coverage Works

1. Ask your VA provider for a Community Care referral for ketamine infusion therapy or TMS. 2. Our team confirms the referral and schedules your consultation. 3. Treatment proceeds with coverage through your VA benefits — we handle the paperwork.

Not sure where to start? Call (423) 228-0579 and our Patient Care Coordinator will walk you through it.

Beyond Insurance

Brighter Way

It's through the support of Brighter Way and its donors that we're able to provide access to care to anyone who could benefit — not only those who can afford it. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit funds care that focuses on the whole person, not just symptom management. We invite you to get involved on the Brighter Way website and help us honor veterans, law enforcement, first responders, frontline workers, and their families.
